1. I made the 1968 Jamaica Olympic team to Mexico City while still a schoolboy, but could not take part because of injury.

2. In 1967, I won the Class-Two 100m at Boys' Champs with my schoolmate finishing second.

3. I was once a 200m world-record holder.

1. In 1977, I won the 200m for girls at Champs with a time of 23.90.

2. I once held both the 100 and 200m records at Champs.

3. I represented Jamaica at the Montreal Olympics in 1976 while still a teenager.

1. I won the girls' U-20 100m hurdles in a time of 14.75 seconds at the 1995 Carifta Games.

2. In 1994, I beat favourite Beverley Langley to take the Class-Two girls' 100m at Champs.

3. In the same year, I took second place in the Class-Two 200m.

1. In 1979, I equalled the Class-One 100m record with a time of 11.60 seconds.

2. I won a silver in the Carifta Games held the same year in Kingston.

3. I also won a bronze at the Pan American Games also held in 1979.

1. Between the 1988 and 1990, I only lost once at Boys' Champs and that was in my final year.

2. During those three years, I dominated the 200m and 400m events.

3. In 1990, the 4x400m relay team, of which I was a member, set a champs record of 3:09.86.

1. In 1981, I won the Carifta Games U-17 boys' 100 and 200m.

2. My personal best of 9.96 makes me one of the fastest Jamaicans of all time.

3. I have also represented Jamaica at four successive Olympic games.
