Two British nationals who reportedly tried to smuggle cocaine from Jamaica to the United Kingdom hidden in dominoes were remanded in custody until April 19 in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court yesterday.

The defendants, Dominique Parkins and Ires Pacquette, are both charged with possession of,dealing in and taking preparatory steps to export ganja.They are also charged with conspiracy.

According to police reports on the day the find was made, both women arrived at the Norman Manley International Airport, and were searched at a security checkpoint when the contraband was found in dominoes weighing 7.93 ounces.

It is also reported that when the women were cautioned by the police, Pacquette told cops that she bought it at a store while Parkins simply said, "Oh my God".
