Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson has splashed $3.4 million on a new home. The wrestler-turned-actor has bought the Florida property - which is situated just 20 miles away from where he played college football for the Hurricanes at the University of Miami - from Miami Dolphins player Vernon Carey. The 13,153-square-foot gated estate boasts five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a pool, summer kitchen, two three-car garages and even a home theatre with a home ticket booth. Dwayne will have no problem affording the new mansion because he has several blockbuster movies in the pipeline. The Fast Five actor recently signed on to appear in action thriller Ciudad. It is unclear when the movie will start filming as he will first shoot Fast Six and Michael Bay's Pain and Gain before moving on to Hercules in October. The 39-year-old star is also returning to WWE to take on John Cena at the annual Wrestlemania spectacular in Miami on April 30. |
