A popular United States adult website is gearing up to release the sex tape of the daughter of a central Jamaican politician.

The site has been heavily promoting the premiere of the video which it promises will thrill its viewers.

THE WEEKEND STAR understands that the politician's daughter is a university student.

Earlier this week, THE WEEKEND STAR became aware of the adult website via a link on a popular social site.

According to the promotional video clip, "On April 14, we shall be seeing some real freaky, ............. (oral sex) techniques from this young lady".

The video clip also shows a named photograph of the politician's daughter with a caption that declares that she is the daughter of a mayor and declares the parish in which he serves.

THE WEEKEND STAR understands that the sex tape will be the part two version of a series of sex videos of students from a popular university.

In the promotional video, viewers are also teased with video clippings of a popular personality from the same university 'taking himself in hand'.

Meanwhile, when contacted yesterday, attorney-at-law Peter Champagnie told THE WEEKEND STAR that once a person doesn't give consent to the publication of the video, there is a strong possibility that the individual could take legal action.

According to Champagnie, if that individual doesn't give consent to such a publication, it could be considered blackmail or the person who does the posting of the video could be prosecuted for breaching the Obscene Publications Act.

"If a person doesn't give consent to such a video that sounds more like blackmail to me," he said.

Champagnie further reasoned, "The publication of such a video could also be in violation of the Obscene Publications Act, which prohibits such a publication," he said.
