Miss Kitty hosts birthday party on Saturday |

Finally taking the time to host a major birthday party, radio and TV personality Miss Kitty wants her fans, friends and supporters to join her as she celebrates the occasion this Saturday. Over the years, she said she has been busy on radio and TV, hosting events and even writing her own novel. But at the request of the fans, coupled with the right timing, Miss Kitty has decided to host the event that will be called White Glamour. "It is just the right time because you reach an age where it is a turning point. This is just the right time," she said of the event that will be held at Danny's Marina in Harbour View, Kingston. "The fans have been asking for it. I feel like I want to share with the public. Sometimes you just have to stop and enjoy the blessings that you have been given. I just want the people to come out and have a good time," she said. good time Not only will the patrons be having a good time, Miss Kitty said they would be treated to giveaways from sponsors like Digicel, Magnum, Rumfire, Coca Cola, Ocean Spray, Boom, Sampars Cash and Carry, Captain's Bakery, Morgan's Harbour Hotel, Century Security and Danny's Marina. In addition to the giveaways, she said there will be a special surprise between 1:30 and 2 a.m. And there will also be performances from artistes who will be in attendance like Vegas, Cham, Spice, Pamputae, Shaggy and others. Miss Kitty also said she was also looking forward to a dance rematch with Spice. "It's a party vibe and perfor-mances. Once artistes are there, performances haffi gwaan. After all that is done, you get free breakfast," she said, noting that the event will start at 9 p.m. Along with the prizes, surprises and performances, there will also be music from selectors like Chris Dymond, Juju Royal, Kurt Riley and Cross Breed International. All of this, she says, will be available to patrons for $800 if they are wearing white and $1,000 without. "I want something nice and classy but I also want something that is not too expensive," she told THE STAR. "The support has been good and the feedback has been positive and we are catering to everybody because there will be clean music. Everybody is a VIP for the night," Miss Kitty said. |
