Dear Pastor,

How are you? I am seriously in need of some advice. I have been struggling with attraction to the same sex for about a year-and-a-half now. At this point in time, it has become more than just looking on, but now a physical thing. I fail to understand where all this is coming from.

I am smart, beautiful and I have a very warm personality. I will be starting university soon and I would hate to become fully attracted towards other females. I am still a virgin and I have no intention of sleeping with a man for now. Furthermore, I have not seen a male that I am attracted to.

Pastor, I will be awaiting your advice.

I would suggest that you make an appointment to see a psychologist. He/she will help you to understand what might be causing you to have such emotional attraction to persons of your own sex and how to deal with it. You should try and do so as early as possible.
