Three remanded for wounding

Three men who have been charged with felonious wounding were remanded in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court yesterday.

They are Calvin Buckham, Richard Bishop and Tyrell Somerville, who are to return to court on March 12, when the matter will be mentioned as the file is incomplete.

It is reported that on the day of the incident, the accused men entered the home of a man and stabbed him in his mouth and in his back.

The court heard that the men were armed with guns and a scissors.

The complainant who reportedly managed to escape was rushed to hospital and the matter was subsequently reported to the police.
