The Brown siblings, implicated in the disappearance of Kirk 'Sport', Smellie, had their bails extended in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court yesterday until March 30.

Kerry Brown, Owen Brown, and David Brown, all from Red Hills Road, Kingston 10, are charged with kidnapping and conspiracy to kidnap.

The Crown is alleging that about 8:30 a.m. on October 24, Smellie was walking along Dukharan Avenue when all three defendants, who were in a car being driven by Kerry, approached him.

The defendants allegedly severely beat the complainant and forced him into the car and drove away with him.

He has not been seen or heard from since.

The car has since been confiscated by the police as the investigation into locating Smellie continues.
