Cops trying to solve 2009 case
Police from the St Ann Traffic Department are urgently seeking the public's assistance.

They are trying to put closure to a 2009 investigation involving the death of four persons from a motor vehicle collision which occurred along the Llandovery main road in the parish.

According to police, on November 30, 2009 about 9:35 p.m., two Lite Ace buses were travelling in opposite directions along the Llandovery main road when they collided.

Four persons were pronounced dead and 32 others injured.

Persons with information relating to the incident, especially those who assisted the injured persons to the hospital, are being asked to contact the St Ann Traffic Department immediately at 972-2703, email stanndivhq@jcf.gov.jm, call police 119 or the nearest police station.
