Mango thief remanded |

|
A 42-year-old man who begged for forgiveness and pleaded guilty to stealing two mangoes was remanded in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court yesterday. He is Rohan Brown from a Kingston address. Brown is to return to court on February 17 for sentencing. He is accused of stealing two mangoes from the complainant's premises and stealing several sweetsops from an open lot. Brown pleaded guilty with Senior Resident Magistrate Judith Pusey to have mercy on him and to spare him from a prison sentence. His was ordered to give his fingerprints to the police. |
