Dear Pastor,
I am 35 and I have a big problem called premature ejaculation, and it is getting me frustrated. I am afraid to date other girls. Do you think there are any exercises or medication that can help my problem? Do you think specific diets or good nutrition play a very important role in overcoming this condition? M.M., Kingston Dear M.M., You may go to a doctor for a medical check-up but what you are talking about is not a medical problem. It is not that you are suffering from impotence. You are suffering from the condition that is called premature ejaculation. Honest medical doctors will tell you the person you need to see is a psychologist or a sex therapist. These are, indeed, exercises you can do, but your woman has to help you in doing these exercises. Pastor |
