My girlfriend's vagina has a foul smell. Even after she has just taken a bath, it still smells, and especially during sex when she has a climax. She has had three C-sections.

I don't want to tell her to check out herself. She may feel that I am insulting her.

You may begin by asking her when last she has gone to see her gynaecologist. You could encourage her to do so. Tell her there is an unpleasant smell coming from her, so she should get herself checked out. You should go further. You should provide the money for her to see the gynaecologist.
