SENIOR COP KIDNAPS FEMALE POLICE - Allegedly held her captive for 3 days |

A female police officer was recently kidnapped at gunpoint and taken from her house by her former boyfriend who is a senior ranked cop, THE STAR has learnt. THE STAR understands that the female police officer later escaped. Information reaching THE STAR is that the female cop attached to the St Catherine South Police Division endured three days of captivity and assault before she made well her escape and reported the matter to her colleagues. The incident reportedly took place last Tuesday in Portmore, St Catherine, where the female cop resides. Information reaching THE STAR suggests that the female cop was involved in a long-term relationship with the senior cop who is also attached to the St Catherine South Police Division. However, the relationship deteriorated and the woman expressed her desire to leave the relationship much to the disapproval of her partner which led to the alleged kidnapping. The St Catherine South police confirmed that a report had been made but refused to provide details. Up to press time last night, it was unclear if the senior officer in question had been charged. |
