A bus operator who allegedly videotaped himself having sex with a 15-year-old girl recently was refused bail in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court yesterday.

It was revealed in court that the minibus operator who has been charged with grievous sexual assault was seen in a service station videotaping the sexual act.

Allegations are that on January 4, several persons observed the schoolgirl in the back of a minibus performing oral sex on the accused at a service station in Red Hills, St Andrew.

The matter was reported to the police and the accused was later arrested and charged.

Meanwhile, bail for the accused was refused as Senior Resident Magistrate Judith Pusey said that she was putting her 'foot down' on bus operators who continue to get involved with schoolgirls.
