Computer Paul scores big with 'Young Hearts Run Free' |
|||||
Shuga - Contributed photo Acclaimed hit-making producer Paul 'Computer Paul' Henton has once again scored big with his Bootcamp label imprint, producing yet another monster hit at the start of the much anticipated 50th Anniversary year of his homeland Jamaica. His selection of artiste and choice of songs were perfect, with none other than Digicel Rising Star 2009 winner, the beautiful and extremely talented Brown Sugar, now simply called Shuga, singing the perennial ladies anthem, Young Hearts Run Free. At first listen, one cannot help feel the emotion Shuga delivers from the opening line, 'What's the sense in sharing, this one and only life', to the very end of the song where she slurs with such passion, taking you on a journey expressing the pain experienced by so many women in relationships. Imagine this classic hit on a slamming dancehall club beat in 2012, with none other than the voice of the unmistakable Rexton 'Shabba Ranks' This spells hit all over and, from all indications, is headed to be a club/street/radio anthem by the time the summer celebrations and Olympics roll around this year.
