Detectives search for clues in triple-murder case

Up to late yesterday, detectives from the Major Investigation Task Force (MIT) are sifting for clues surrounding the death of three men in New Haven, Duhaney Park, St Andrew.

The dead men have been identified as: 33-year-old Ricardo Surgeon, otherwise called 'Horace', businessman of Headen Avenue, Kingston 11; 30-year-old Omar Thomas, otherwise called 'Sammo', mechanic of Olympic Court, Kingston 11; and Avise Casey, otherwise called 'Trase'.

Reports from the Duhaney Park police are that they were summoned to the New Haven Market about 6:45 p.m. where they found the bodies of three men in a white Toyota Townace minibus.

The scene was processed and the bodies removed.
