Seventeen-year-old Taniesha Thompson, a ward of the state at the Glenhope Place of Safety on Maxfield Avenue, Kingston 10, has been reported missing since Friday, December 2.

She is of fair complexion, slim build and about 165 centimetres (5 feet 5 inches) tall.

Reports are that about 6:30 a.m., Taniesha left the home for school, but never returned. She has not been seen or heard from since, and all attempts to contact her have proven futile.

When last seen, she was dressed in the Girls' Town School uniform - a yellow blouse and a black skirt; she was also wearing a pair of black shoes.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Taniesha Thompson is being asked to contact the Hunts Bay Police at 923-7111, Police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
