Dancehall artiste Junior X is gearing up for a busy Christmas season. He recently collaborated with Italian reggae superstar Albarosie to record 'You Saved Me'. The track was produced by veteran reggae producer Black Beard for Revolutionary Entertainment.

Dennis Livingston, a CEO of Revolutionary Entertainment, says the track will be released on iTunes in the second week of December just in time for the upcoming Christmas holidays. He also expects that the song will be included on Junior X's sophomore album set for release in 2012.

"This new Junior X song is gonna be released in time for Christmas, we expect it to do really well especially in Europe where Albarosie has a huge fan base. So we are gonna be pushing it big time going into next year," said Livingston.

Junior X is currently working on several other recording projects with top reggae and dancehall producers. He is also enjoying strong rotation both locally and abroad with a number of songs including I Am Not Afraid (Revolutionary Entertainment), Badmind (Scrap Metal Records), Turn Me On (Cash on Delivery Records) and I Am Yours (Romeich Records).

Junior X is to also complete the music for his collaboration with Gyptian titled Destiny.

"We really have to do the video for this song because it's a very good song; it has a lot of potential. It has received over a million hits on YouTube, that's a sign that the people really love it so we have to do everything to promote it. We began shooting this video a few months ago but we had to put it on hold because Gyptian was busy touring overseas and I also had several overseas engagements, so now that we find the time we are gonna wrap up the shooting of the video this week," he said.

Junior X is confirmed to appear on this year's staging of the Jagra GT Taylor Christmas Extravaganza stage show, that will take place on December 25 at Independence Park, Black River.

"I am happy to be a part of the line-up. I don't get the opportunity to do a lot of shows locally, so I am really looking forward to this one, I really wanna perform for my fans at home."
