Fresh from their Manning Cup title success over Charlie Smith High, St George's College (StGC) will go in search of the ISSA/Gatorade/Digicel Corporate Area schoolboy double tomorrow when they oppose arch-rivals Kingston College (KC) in the final of the Walker Cup knockout competition.

The match will be played at the Constant Sports Complex starting at 2:45 p.m.

The Georgians secured their third Manning Cup title in four years after a thrilling 3-1 victory over Charlie Smith last Saturday at the National Stadium.

The Neville 'Bertis' Bell-coached 'Light Blues', who secured the spot in the final with an impressive 5-0 over Calabar in the semi-final, are oozing confidence ahead of tomorrow's encounter against their North Street rivals.

"I think the Kingston College game will be tougher than the Charlie Smith game," said Bell. "We have a huge rivalry between us, no matter what type of game it is, and I expect that this will be no different," he said.

Bell added that there would be no added pressure on his team, as they seek to capture the Corporate Area double. "We are confident and we think if we continue to do what we have been doing all season, then we will do well," he said.

Continuing Bell said: "We love this because ever since we got to the second round, I told them that for us to win the triple we have to win ten games and we are on seven now and so we have three more to go."

Strikers Davion Kelly and Kendon Anderson, who were the goalscorers for the 'Light Blues' in the final, will lead their team's hunt for goals. They are expected to receive support from national Under-17 player and captain Oshane Jenkins, along with André Lewis, Cordell Benbow and goalkeeper Nico Campbell.

However, the Georgians will be without the services of National Under-17 midfielder Romario Jones who was red-carded in the final against Charlie Smith.

On the other hand, Trevor 'Jumpy' Harris, coach of KC, will also enter tomorrow's game without their inspirational national Under-20 player Jhamie Hyde, who is suspended for the match.

However, despite this Harris is very optimistic that his team can still win the title.

"Jhamie is a big loss for us, but they have lost a player too and so things are even," said Harris.

"I think that we can win this game because the ball is round and anything can happen," he said.

Continuing Harris said: "We respect St George's because they are a very good team, but this is a cup final and the team that wants it most will win."

Jevaughn Samuels, who is their leading scorer this season with eight goals, will lead KC's hunt for goals. He is expected to receive support from national Under-17 midfielder Romario Williams, Jorginho James and Tazeo Gilpin.
