Flirtagious

She claims she is the new dancehall diva and calls herself 'Flirtagious', a name she hand-picked to mean playful, girly and attractive.

This female artiste originates from Spanish Town, St Catherine but spent most of her teenage years living in St Thomas of the United States Virgin Islands.

'Flirtagious' opted to become a dancehall artiste two years ago and returned to Jamaica to pursue a career in the field. She has since released a single called braggin and an accompanying video that has been added to several local music video playlists such as World Reggae TV and Dancehall Starz TV.

The artiste says that she is currently embarking on a pulsating promotion campaign to get her music out to the public.

With her unique style and image, she says that she will state her claim on the music industry.

"My style is unique and sexy, and the topics I choose to deejay about are sure to create a buzz in the dancehall, so watch out," she said.

Her publicist Noel McKinson also has high expectations of the artiste. According to McKinson, her presence is being felt with just a few weeks promotion.

"Radio airplay has gained momentum over the past few weeks, we have moved into the streets and already her presence is being felt, we know what we are about, and so we will be pulling out all the stops. It's what we do," he said.

Flirtagious, who is also working with the Dream Life promotions team, who are assisting with her development, said she is serious about her work and has the ambition to become Jamaica's hottest female dancehall artiste.
