Holness murder suspect gets bail extended |
|||||
|
Delano Hayden, the man charged with the murder of 22-year-old Brian Holness, had his bail extended when he appeared in the Gun Court section of the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on Wednesday. He will return to court on February 24 for a preliminary enquiry to be held into the matter. Allegations are that on September 26, Holness was shot in the chest as he stood among a group of friends on Windsor Road in Spanish Town, St Catherine. He was taken to the hospital where he died while undergoing treatment. The gun was reportedly turned over to the police by the accused. Holness was the son of former CEO of the Registrar General's Department, Dr Patricia Holness. |
