Star Tell Me Pastor

Bad judgement

Dear Pastor,

My girlfriend accused me of cheating on her. She said she came to that conclusion because of what her friends told her. She asked me about it and I told her that I am not cheating on her. I also told her to speak to the woman they were accusing me of cheating with. She told me that she wouldn't talk to the woman and, instead, she ended the relationship with me. Now she has found out that what I was saying was true and she wants me back.

What should I do?

W.S.

Dear W.S.,

I suggest that you tell your ex-girlfriend that you are not willing to renew the relationship with her. Tell her that she has embarrassed you and that she has not used good judgement. She preferred to believe what her friends told her and you believe that she is likely to listen to rumours about you again.

Pastor
