Savanna-la-Mar man has 14 arrest warrants
A 32-year-old man who was recently nabbed by the police on more than a dozen warrants mainly for breaches of the Road Traffic Act was remanded in the Savanna-la-Mar Resident Magistrate's Court on Wednesday.

He is Damion Campbell from Petersfield, Westmoreland.

Campbell is to return to court on Tuesday.

THE WEEKEND STAR understands that he racked up 14 warrants between May 11 and September 14 of this year, 12 of which were for breaches of the Road Traffic Act

Allegations are that about 2 p.m. on Wednesday, a team of officers from the Savanna-la-Mar Police Division arrested the taxi operator on Barracks Road.
