Harold Brady to return to court Nov 15
Harold Brady was ordered to return to court on November 15, after his no-case submission was ruled out yesterday in court.

Resident Magistrate (RM) Georgianna Frazer after careful examination made the ruling in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate Court. RM Frazer said after considering the prosecution's request, Brady had a case to answer to.

Brady is before the courts for refusing to testify at the Dudus/Manatt commission of enquiry earlier this year.

Allegations are that Brady was considered a key witness in the enquiry. It is reported that he had been instructed to engage the law firm Manatt, Phelps and Phillips on behalf of the Jamaica Labour Party to deal with treaty issues surrounding the extradition of former Tivoli Gardens strongman Christopher 'Dudus' Coke.

He flatly refused to participate in the proceedings and was charged with breaching the Commission of Enquiry Act.
