Dead are Earlista 'Max Copeland of Dog Town in Ritches, Clarendon and two unidentified men one from Seaview Gardens in St Andrew and the other from York Town, Clarendon. According to reports from the Spaldings Police, on October 9, a group of masked men in Dog Town robbed a returning resident of jewellery valuing over $2Million. The victim whose name has not been ascertained, reportedly went to Seaview Gardens for two men to work for him as bodyguards. However, intelligence received by the Clarendon police led them to Dog Town where a raid was conducted and the two men who were reportedly hired by the returning resident were picked up.
The men were processed by the Spalding Police and investigations revealed that they were wanted for murders committed in the Corporate Area.
They were picked up by officers from the Hunts Bay Police Station.
The Spaldings police told THE WEEKEND STAR that on Wednesday, word came that the men were back in Dog Town to collect two guns that were used in the robbery of the returning resident.
It was learnt that on arrival, the two asked the other men for the guns but they failed to deliver and started shooting.
It is understood that Copeland who was escorting the two men from Seaview Gardens was fatally shot by members of the other group.
THE WEEKEND STAR also understands that one of the two gunmen from Seaview Gardens was shot and killed, while the other jumped into a motorcar and sped away from the area.
The police were alerted and on their arrival, the men were reportedly overheard talking in the bushes about how they killed Copeland and the other man.

When the shooting stopped, one man was found suffering from gunshot wounds and a Browning pistol was recovered.
