|||||
Yabalisious. - File Lyrical flames lit the roof at Club Riddim welcoming the start of Sting Face-off Wednesdays.
All 64 contestants waited anxiously to hear which 20 would be going up against each other to set off the lyrical warfare. Blazing the stage was Magnum Kings and Queens war mumma Sashae who took the stage belting deadly lyrics - "put mi rifle name pon yuh will". Following that fiery performance was Gaza Lizard's scorchy lyrical battle which patrons can safely say Armed and ready was UK's racy Princess Rebel who surprised many as she attacked the hard-hitting Yabbalisious who didn't back down from the UK rebel. Mr Core carried the firing torch as well as High Tallawa. The heat blazed right through with 10 clashes which set the bar for Rumours of War but at the end of the night, Yabbalisious, Princess Rebel, Kyda, Honormosity, Cambone, High Tallawa, Gaza Lizard, Mr Core, Ras Manasseh, Sashae, Memzay, Mr Boom and Skibba earned the right to blaze the fire in round two of the lyrical confrontation which will continue today. The face-off continues this and every Wednesday until December 21. Guest artistes are set to perform each week. |
