"Welcome to the fry eye kitchen" was how STAR of the Month Popcaan greeted the STAR team yesterday for his stint in the kitchen.

The deejay was ready to show off his cooking skills to The STAR as he prepared curried chicken with white rice and vegetables for his friends.

Cooking by Amelia 'Milk' Sewell's house, the deejay kept his friends and The STAR occupied with laughs throughout the preparation and cooking time. Preparing a glass of apple Vodka and Ting to prep himself for the meal, Popcaan was quick to start cutting up his seasoning and clean the chicken.

A mild dilemma occurred, however, when the deejay forgot the curried powder, and had to call a friend to bring some over. Milk, however, saved the day providing Popcaan, her 'brother', with the ingredient. According to the deejay, he cooks on a regular basis and was taught by his grandmother and mother who he dubs, "the greatest chefs in the worl."

As he got to cooking the chicken he was quick to shout before laughing, "Food bun up, a dat unnu waan hear."

Soon it was time to present the meal which he shared with Milk and Rumblood. The two had high praises for the deejay's cooking as they sat, talked and had Popcaan's curried chicken.

Check out a video of Popcaan's cooking experience online at www.jamaica-star.com coming soon!
