The intimate 'off switch' |

Dear Pastor, I need some advice. I need to know what I can do to get my man to have sex with me. I am six months pregnant and we haven't had sex from I was four months. He said he doesn't feel like doing it, but I am horny and I want to have sex. What can I do to get him to have sex with me again? R.A., Dear R.A., I have said numerous times that some men are not interested in having sex with pregnant women. Pregnancy turns off some men. No matter how hard their women try to entice them, these men don't comply. There are many reasons why some men do not like to have sex with their pregnant women, especially when they are at an advanced stage. Many believe they might damage the baby. These men need to be informed it is not possible. Some are also afraid they may be hurting the mothers. Such men should be told there are positions best suited for pregnant women. Doctors and sex therapists can assist couples by advising them what positions are safe and enjoyable. For those men who are never convinced that no hurt will occur with their women or the baby they are carrying, their women should pet them into doing other things that are intimate apart from having sex. It is believed that when a woman is at an advanced stage of pregnancy, and engages in sexual intercourse, she might experience orgasms she has never had. If you can't get your man to engage in sex, or any form of intimacy, you might have to learn how to bring yourself self-pleasure. Pastor |
