It is understood that one person has already been charged in connection with the incident.

She is 31-year-old domestic helper Ruthlyn Simpson of Frankfield, who has been charged with robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery.

THE WEEKEND STAR understands that Simpson, who was employed by the doctor, was offered $80,000 bail when she appeared in the Chapelton Resident Magistrate's Court last Wednesday.

She is scheduled to return to court on December 8.
