![]() Vybz Kartel Before the first day of 'school' was over, the house of 19 'pet' hopefuls bubbled over with drama with one contestant already 'expelled' from the line-up.
After an argument with twins- 'Nique' and 'Niqua' , a seemingly disturbed 'Australia', a 29-year-old Kartel fan, acted out in wild confrontations with other members of the cast.
She then found herself prancing through the sprawling property, then demanded to be released to go to the 'ramping shop'.
"We don't need anyone with any drugs, prescription or otherwise" said Kartel, who subsequently dismissed her. He further expressed his disapproval of the incident between the contestants.
On the 'Too Hot for TV' version aired on Peppa, 'Australia' shared details of her past; recounting the death of a spouse and police abuse in her home country.
Still in 'orientation', the contestants started getting to know each other and met with the 'Teacha' in a poolside rendezvous.
Already declaring their strategies to win the 'teacha's' heart, there is already signs of developing rivalry between the contestants. Emerging as a front runner is a feisty 'Salem', who hails from Montego Bay and is one of four Jamaican residents on the show.
Noticeably missing is one of the 20 contestants, who Kartel explained was "held up at the airport".
Over the next 11 weeks, the contestants will live together and complete daily challenges as they try to win the love of the artiste.
Persons can also vote for their favourite 'pet' by texting the contestant's name to 444-4221 to win weekly prizes.
Each week, immediately after Teacha's Pet airs on CVM TV, persons will be also be able to watch the exclusive 20-minute after show on Peppa, carried on LIME Mobile TV.
LIME has extended its special on the ZTE N290 mobile TV phone now being sold for only $3,500 plus GCT - inclusive of two weeks of Mobile TV service until September 30. An additional $500 discount is being offered to persons who trade in a phone from another network. r>
