Two of three men implicated in the murder of 17-year-old Rochelle Chin in July were again remanded in the Santa Cruz Resident Magistrate's Court on Tuesday. They are 29-year-old Jermaine Channer and 33-year-old Oneil Sheckleford. Meanwhile, 21-year-old Dwayne Powell had his bail extended. All three men are to return to court next month when another attempt will be made to secure bail. On July 25, Chin was shot and killed minutes after arriving at her home. It is reported that a mobile phone that was found at the scene assisted investigators in apprehending the three men.
