He performed at two successful club shows in the United Kingdom, and made a show-stealing cameo at the Reggae R & B show in New York alongside Tarrus Riley, Mavado, and R & B stars Monica and Babyface.

"Two of the show inna Englandgo mad while the other one was postponed, mi so happy to see so many of my fanscome out to see me, the world was just hidden from me and now my eyes are open. I also performed at the Reggae R & B show where I was introduced by Beenie Man and got one of the biggest forwards for the night. I also did interviews on HOT 97 with Jabba and touched the stage doing promotions at a couple of clubs. Right now, ah crazy promoters have been calling for shows in the US," Khago said in a release.

Khago has been nominated for a MOBO award in the category of Best Reggae Act alongside Mavado, Damian Marley and Nas, and Alborosie.

"I am just feeling blessed that my hard work is being recognised and I have to congratulate the other nominees as well for their great work," Khago said.

Khago scored two number-one hits last year with Nah Sell Out Mi Friend Part 1, and Part 2. He has continued that great form, scoring another number one hit with Blood a Boil that remained at No.1 for three straight weeks on the Fiwi Choice Top Ten charts.The song is currently in the top ten of Fiwi Choice Top Ten charts while his new song, Tun Up Di Ting on the Overproof rhythm, is also doing well.
