Jamaican housekeeper found dead in pool |

|
A 53-year-old Jamaican housekeeper who has been living and working in Antigua was found dead in a swimming pool on Wednesday morning after reportedly complaining of not feeling well. The woman, whom the police did not identify, except to say she had lived in McKinnons, died at the Cedar Valley home where she worked. According to reports in the Antigua Observer, a gardener reportedly found the housekeeper in the pool after she had asked him to carry out a task at about 11 a.m.
The woman was said to be a diabetic.
THE WEEKEND STAR understands that the police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death and a post-mortem will be performed at a date to be determined.
