Man held for mother's murder |

The 26-year-old man who was on Wednesday taken into custody in connection to his mother's death in Manchester has not been charged. Dead is 64-year-old Daisy Stulz-Smith. THE WEEKEND STAR understands that the woman, a retired teacher in the parish, was reportedly found with her throat slashed. The Manchester police say they are still investigating the incident which occurred in Dunsinane district about 2:30 a.m. Smith was reportedly asleep when an assailant kicked off her bedroom door and attacked her. It is reported that the male suspect over the past few months have been in several altercations with relatives. |
