Fresh from his performance at Capleton's St Mary Mi Come From, entertainer Theobalds 'Rascenie' Golding says he is now ready than ever to take his piece of the 'pie' in the entertainment industry.

Rascenie said the performance was well received and gave him the heads-up that his music is loved by many.

The St Catherine-based artiste, who is best known for his chart-topping single Protect the children in collaboration with Luciano, said he was scheduled for other live shows throughout the year and would stop at nothing to get his due reward.

''I am getting good response from my current single Rise Up which is getting rotation locally and overseas,'' Rascenie said.

To date, he has recorded a 15-track album which he said is also poised to take his career even higher.
