Up to late yesterday, police said they have not yet made any breakthrough with their investigations into Thursday's discovery of the body of an unidentified man near Spring Park Drive, Kingston 8. It is believed that the man is in his mid-70s. The body is of dark complexion and about 173 centimetres (5 feet 8 inches) tall. According to reports from the Constant Spring police, about 7:10 a.m., residents reported a foul odour in the area and summoned the police. It is reported that when the lawmen got to the location they found the body in a shed in an open field; it was in an advanced state of decomposition. An on-the-spot post-mortem was conducted and the body removed. Investigations are ongoing. |
