The sex 'death sentence'

Dear Pastor,

Impotence or erectile dysfunction is defined as the inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for sexual intercourse, and includes the inability to get an erection as a result of sexual stimulation or to lose your erection prior to ejaculation. When you take away power, strength and vigour from a man, it makes him feel like a cripple that has no more worth in life. So, when a man loses his ability to hold that power, strength and vigour in his penis, it is a certain death sentence for him.

The penis for a man has always been considered to be the thinking organ of a man's sexual prowess. It defines the prominence of the man when he strips down and the woman can be awed at the stand of his thoroughbred stallion that is being imposed on her. It is a compliment for a man's ego when he has that potency that is hard and last long.

For these men though, they don't consciously understand that to have this potency for a very long time, they will have to care for themselves in ways that will make them more the merrier. Good health plays a very important role in curbing impotency. There are different aspects of impotency. These are: physical impotence, psychological impotence, lifestyle impotence and medications that contribute to impotence.

Men need to play their role and ensure that they change their lifestyle (smoking, drinking, drug abuse etc.). For our men to have a strong and lasting erection, they need to take care of themselves so that the results continue to 'stiffen'.

W.

Dear W.,

I would like to add that men should speak to their physicians when they go for their yearly check up about the types of foods they should eat to maintain a healthy lifestyle, which will also prevent erectile dysfunction.
