Dancehall artiste Danielle has been having a good run on the music scene in 2011, riding high on the success of the Sly and Robbie-(Taxi Records) produced hit single 'Rebel' which features Cherine Anderson.

Over the past months the single has seen chart success locally and internationally. Having secured the number one spot on several occasions, the track has secured positions on New York Top 30, South Florida Top 25, Fiwi charts, ER charts, Hype TV's VTX charts, CVM's Hitlist, carivibes Top 25 video charts, Richie B charts and on World Caribbean Countdown, to name a few.

The artiste has been busy working, travelling for shows and partaking in promotional gigs, remaining and current in a marketplace that demands such. She will depart the island after Sumfest for a live performance inside Club Azur in Bridgeport, Connecticut, on July 23rd.

The artiste will do media interviews with Connecticut's Busy Radio, One love Radio 106.5 FM and Traffic Jam Radio 104.7 FM among others. Danielle was quizzed on how she felt about her recent strides and the artiste smiled before humbly stating, "Well I am just grateful to the father above. This year, I was able to perform in the US Virgin Islands for the first time, worked the stage at Best of the Best in Miami last month, perform in Los Angeles California alongside Fambo with the final show taking place this past Sunday. I have worked on several shows locally and just doing what I enjoy. I can't stop big up the fans worldwide for their support".

Danielle is poised to release new singles in a few days for Sly and Robbie called Single Women/ Nah Nah Nah and a project she was very upbeat about featuring a dancehall veteran which she refrained from naming also produced by Sly and Robbie.
