Student suspected of committing suicide

The St Ann's Bay police are now investigating a suspected case of suicide in Priory, St Ann.

Information reaching THE STAR is that 18-year-old Tiffany Johnson, a student from Main Street, Priory, is suspected to have committed suicide at her home yesterday morning.

Reports from the St Ann's Bay police are that Johnson was last seen alive on Tuesday about 11 p.m. About 6:30 yesterday morning, a relative saw the body of the now deceased hanging by a piece of rope from a breadfruit tree in the backyard.

The police were summoned and the body was removed to the morgue.
