Man arrested for Falmouth Pier killing |

|
One man has been arrested following the death of a 33-year-old man at the Falmouth Pier in Trelawny yesterday morning, THE STAR has learnt. The dead man has been identified as Wilbert 'Stamma' Johnson, a carpenter from Davis Pen in the parish. Reports from the Falmouth police are that about 6:45 a.m., Johnson was involved in a dispute with another man, during which a knife was used to stab him. He was taken to the Falmouth Hospital where he was pronounced dead. THE STAR understands that the identity of the man taken into custody is being withheld pending further investigation. |
