Inspired by the robbery of his friend Patexx, Delus says his new song 'Life' has been getting good feedback since its release.

Delus said the song was recorded a month ago, after Patexx was robbed at his gate.

"I recorded it on the day they rob my friend Patexx. A me and him did deh pon the road da whole day deh. Every response weh mi get from it (the song), people love it. Mi nuh get no bad feedback. A di fan dem decide, but mi woulda want it go as far as possible. It's a bad song, you can play it all inna church," he told THE STAR.

With this song and other developments, Delus says he is starting to see some progress in his career.

"I feeling good, it is starting to make a move. It a build up and people a start know who is Delus," he said, noting that he recently did a song with Patexx and Cece called One Night Stand.

Delus, who is managed by Triple 7 Entertainment and also a partner in the company, says he has another song called Getaway that will be released soon. In recent times, he has also been doing work with Cashflow, Yard Vibes and Subkonshus Music. In addition, he said his Sticky A Road video, which was directed by him, is currently in rotation.

"We have other songs coming, but wi just waan tek wi time put dem out," Delus said.
