Man wanted in connection with kidnapping

Eighteen-year-old Dwayne Williams otherwise called 'Diddin', of Chantilly in Savanna-la-Mar, is being asked to turn himself in to the Savanna-la-Mar Police Station by 2:00 p.m. today.

Williams who is said to be associated with the Westmoreland-based 'Bobo Gang', is wanted in connection with a kidnapping and double murder which occurred between May 9 and 12.

The police say Williams has faced the court before on charges of illegal possession of firearm and ammunition.

He is of dark complexion, slim build and about 5 feet 8 inches tall.

Williams is said to frequent the communities of Gully Banks, Infirmary Lane and West Green Close in Westmoreland.

On Saturday, Adrian Spence, 21, who was said to be aligned to the 'Bobo Gang' was shot dead in the Whitehall area of Negril.

He was wanted in connection with the recent kidnapping and murder of a businessman in Westmoreland.

In the meantime, anyone knowing the whereabouts of Dwayne Williams can contact the Savanna-la-Mar Police, Crime Stop at 311, or the nearest police station.
