RDX a hit in Africa; singles continue to ride charts

Dancehall duo RDX - File

Dancehall duo RDX delivered a pulsating performance at the Swaggeriffic Bend Over concert in Nairobi, Kenya, recently.

With the duo's Bend Over song being one of the hottest dancehall songs in the country, it was no surprise that thousands came out to catch a glance of the 'Swagger Masters' in action. And, they were not disappointed.

Loud screams and cheers greeted the duo as they rocked the audience for 45 minutes with hit after hit.

The following day, the duo headlined the East African Carnival in Uganda. More than 20,000 patrons came out to party on the beach and soak up the energetic adrenaline delivered by the duo.

Songs like Daggering, Skip, Turn Your Swag Up and Dancers Anthem saw the crowd singing along word for word.

Upon their return to Jamaica, the duo went into the studios to put the finishing touches to their upcoming album.

Among their recent singles are Champion Sound which is featured on the 50 Pound rhythm project from Blaqk Sheep Music; and the female anthem Like Magic which was produced by Equiknoxx Music.

RDX is currently riding the Toronto Dancehall chart with Turn Your Swag Up in the number ten spot. On the Pree Dis Top Ten Singles chart, the duo's Movements peaked at number four.

RDX will head to Europe in June to commence their summer tour.
