An Ananda Alert has been activated for 10-year-old Janielle Plant of the Nest Children's Home at Mannings Hill Road, Kingston 8, who has been missing since Monday, May 9.

She is of dark complexion, stout build and about 120 centimetres (3 feet 11 inches) tall. According to the Constant Spring police, Janielle was last seen at the facility about midday, but has not been seen or heard from since. At the time she went missing, she was wearing a blue tunic, white blouse and a pair of black shoes.

Anyone knowing Plant's whereabouts is being asked to contact the Constant Spring police at 924-1421, police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
