Rennae Garel, popularly known to fans as Lady Rennae, will no longer host Digicel Rising Stars.

The effervescent host, who anchored the programme for a season, said she is tremendously grateful for the opportunity to have worked on the show.

"I have to say thanks to the title sponsor, Digicel, the producer of the show, Mr Mike Hogan, and other members of the team, including Sharon Schroeter and others who gave me this wonderful opportunity to explore a new dimension not only of my personality, but also my skill sets as the host of this colossal show. I also have to say thank you to all the families and viewers who shared in this wonderful venture with me during my tenure on Rising Stars," said Lady Rennae.

Lady Rennae said the show's producers informed her of a new platform for the upcoming season of the show and, "everything at that point came together. I am now the host of Fame Fm's morning programme, alongside DJ Nicco and, along with my other upcoming projects, parting ways was the most viable option."

"Persons can look out for a great, new season of Rising Stars. they have a fabulous new line-up and persons can continue to tune in to Fame in the mornings and RETV during the week to see and hear me. Plus as I had mentioned, they will be hearing a lot more about my other projects in upcoming weeks," concluded Lady Rennae.
