I am 23 years old and I am a Christian man. I am the only child for my mother and I was born with only one. When I was a boy growing up, and I came to realise that I only have one testicle, I didn't take off my clothes in the presence of the other boys, even when I went to camp.

I had a girlfriend and she wanted us to have sex after we were going together for six months. One day, she came to spend the day with me. And after we cooked and ate, she started to play with me and told me she wanted us to have sex. I told her no and I pushed her away. She said that I must be a homosexual and I was only pretending that I loved her. I told her that I am not a homosexual, but I didn't want to have sex with her.

When she left me, she told one of my friends. And he called me and laughed at me. She became his girlfriend and now they have a child together. I still love her and the reason why I did not have sex with her was because I didn't want her to see that I only have one seed.

Pastor, I would love to get married, but I don't want anybody to know about my condition and I would like to be able to function properly and have children.

As I understand it, any man who was born with one healthy testicle, can perform sexually and might be able to impregnate a woman. Although you are embarrassed by having only one testicle, you need not fear about being incapable of impregnating your wife. Your doctor can allay all fears from your mind. So you need to go to see him/her as early as possible.

I know, psychologically, you may feel inadequate. But if you are experiencing a strong erection, then you should be able to have sex and not worry as to whether your mate will laugh at you.

Your doctor will be able to tell you whether you have a condition that is known as Cryptochidism. I wish you the very best. And I hope that what I have said would be an encouragement to you. I regret hearing that your former girlfriend has mocked you and has even accused you of being a homosexual.
