Man to pay for stoning car |

|
A self-employed man accused of using stones to damage the windscreen of a car, was ordered to fix the damages when he appeared in Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on Friday. He is Marvin Daley, 28, from a Kingston 20 address. Daley is to return to court on May 13 when the matter will be mentioned. Allegations are that on February 13 about 10:30 a.m., the complainant went to the home of the accused to pick up his common-law wife. Further allegations are that the windscreen of the complainant's 2003 Toyota Probox was damaged after the accused hurled several stones at the car. The damage was estimated at $19,500. |
