This Suzuki Swift motor car collided with a Nissan Sunny at the intersection of East and North streets about 9 p.m. last night leaving both vehicles damaged and the driver of the Suzuki reportedly nursing minor injuries.

The driver was later assisted to hospital by a police patrol team which responded to offer assistance to another police unit from the Kingston Central Division which arrived just moments earlier.

Information reaching THE WEEKEND STAR is that the collision reportedly occurred after the Nissan motor car which was travelling from East Street disobeyed the red traffic light and drove through the intersection hitting the Suzuki travelling from North Street.
