Nico Bam Bam recommends 'Guinness Greatness in the streets' |

Nico Bam Bam - Contributed Sound system operator Nico Bam Bam, one of the popular deejays on the Guinness Greatness in the Streets weekly road show, has heaped praises on the event saying it delivers the right experience at the doorsteps of dancehall lovers. Led by the Guinness Mobile Music Machine, a modified Toyota Hiace bus with top-of-the-line sound equipment, Guinness visits communities across the island and hosts a party on location. Popular selectors to have played on the Guinness Mobile Music Machine include Boom, Boom, Flava Unit and Nico Bam Bam. After another impressive performance at Purple Sky Lounge Sports Bar on Waltham Park Road recently, Nico Bam Bam said that he's happy to have been given the opportunity to be representing the brand as a musical ambassador. connecting with the brand "I think it's (Guinness Greatness in the Streets) a great thing. The patrons enjoy the music while connecting with the brand," he said. "Yuh know to achieve this yuh ago need real people-person who is always jovial and can command any audience with their vibes and versatility. That's the essence, and I am proud to be representing the brand this way," he added. Guinness brand manager Gary Dixon said the consumers and dancehall fans were in mind when Guinness Greatness in the Streets was being conceptualised. "We wanted something that was agile and easy to bring the fun right at the doorsteps, with some of the top selectors. This, I believe, would give consumers that feeling of belonging with their favourite beverage," said Dixon. The next Guinness Greatness in the Streets will be at Scotty's Restaurant and Bar in Mineral Heights, May Pen tonight. |
