When asked to present his driving documents the accused was unable to do so. He was pressed further for information at which point he gave conflicting home addresses. He was arrested and charged when he could not properly account for the motorcycle. When cautioned about the charge he said, "Offica mi get the bike from a man, a $30,000 mi give him fi it." Investigations revealed that the description matched that of a bike that was reported stolen in Portmore on February 25.
